Shipping policy

 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 weeks days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please Keep in mind that all orders are CUSTOM MADE. We may experience dalays due to High Volume of orders or due to Suppliers dalays that are outside of our control. If this happens, we will make sure to inform you about this.  

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $X flat rate shipping to [list countries]. 

For multiple shipping options, you can list carrier options, prices, and delivery times in a table.

In-store pickup- Clínica Terapéutica MADA- Multisensorial

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Clinic in Naranjito, Puerto Rico. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 weeks. We will send you an email or call you when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are Monday to Friday 12pm to 6pm.

International Shipping

We currently do not Ship internationally.  We offer Shipping to APO/FPO. 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available after we sent the tracking number.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at clinicaterapeuticamada@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
